Exporting Posts
Exporting posts is a powerful feature that allows you to backup your feedback and ideas from Votonic. This guide will walk you through the process of exporting posts from your board.
How to Export Posts
- Navigate to your community's Board settings and select the board you want to export posts from.
- Look for the "Export Posts" section
- Click the "Export" button
- Choose your preferred export format (CSV)
- The file will automatically download to your device
What Gets Exported
When you export posts, the following information will be included in the file:
- Post ID and board information (ID and name)
- Author information (ID and name)
- Post content (title and description)
- Creation timestamp
- Vote count
- Status label (Open, Planned, etc.)
- Comment count
Export Format
The exported CSV file will contain the following columns:

Tips for Exporting
- Large exports may take a few moments to complete
